SUBMIT A QUOTE REQUEST
Provide project details—such as artwork or logo, item type, quantity, size, placement, thread colors, and desired turnaround time—so an accurate price estimate can be prepared. The quote outlines the anticipated costs, including design or digitizing fees, production, and any additional services. Submitting a quote request does not constitute an order and is subject to review and approval before work begins.

DESIGN REVIEW AND APPROVAL
Design Review and Approval is the process in which the client carefully examines the proposed embroidery design—including artwork, layout, size, placement, colors, thread choices, and any text—before production begins. Approval confirms that the design meets the client’s expectations and accurately represents the final embroidered product. Once approval is given, the design is considered final, and production proceeds accordingly. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional costs and extended turnaround time.

PRODUCTION & QUALITY CHECK
At this stage the approved embroidery design is stitched onto the selected items using professional equipment and materials. During and after production, each piece is carefully inspected for stitch accuracy, thread consistency, alignment, color correctness, and overall craftsmanship. This quality control process ensures the finished embroidery meets established standards and reflects the approved design before it is released for delivery or pick-up.
04.
DELIVERY or PICKUP
Delivery or Pick-Up is the final stage of the custom embroidery process, during which completed items are either shipped to the client or made available for in-person collection, as agreed upon at the time of order. This step confirms that the embroidery work has been finished according to the approved design and quality standards. Clients are responsible for inspecting their items upon delivery or pick-up, and any concerns should be reported within 7 days.
